One of the smoothest interview processes I have been a part of. It is possible it felt smooth since at the end of the day I was hired, so it was a good fit, but I found each round was concise, and was scheduled within 48 hours of each round that preceded it.

Question 1
One of the more memorable questions was how do I re-engage disengaged customers, and obviously this is a very important vision someone in this role needs to have.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EVERFI (Washington, DC) in Jan 2019
Interview
The hiring process was really easy. I talked to a lot of people that I didnt need to. kind of exhausting. Once I accepted the offer I did like that everyone I interviewed with sent me an email welcoming to the team.

After applying they reached out to me within a couple days wanting to schedule an interview. I gave my availability and didn't get a response for a week... Finally had the phone interview and the person I spoke with was very friendly and wanted to get a sense of why I was interested in EverFi. They liked my enough to ask me to come for an in person interview but was very unresponsive which was a huge turn off. Every email I sent took 1 week plus for a response when I was trying to simply schedule the inperson interview. They didn't respect my time or the process norms, so I was glad to skip the inperson interview.
