Interview
I applied online and also had a current Intouch employee forward my resume to the HR team. I first had a phone interview with HR, then an on-site interview with multiple members from the hiring team. The hiring manager was present for the entire on-site interview, while other AMs/SAMs joined for short periods of time to also ask some questions. I had a single HR point-of-contact for the entire process, which was great!
