I applied online. I interviewed at EVGA (Brea, CA)
Interview
Would meet in the main office and sat down with the manager and the supervisors. Honestly It was super easy.
Simple tech questions thats not really super helpful in the job itself
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EVGA (Brea, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Started out extremely professional, passed through two rounds, HR and then the hiring manager - then came the CEO Andrew Han - highly unprofessional, unethical, bait and switch, low ball tactics.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you design me a t-shirt and send the graphics to my HR rep? WTF does this have to do with my 6 years of account management experience??? He's looking back and fixating on my graphic design skills from 20 years ago. No wonder the employee reviews were so angry. He makes me angry too. ALWAYS TRUST WHAT YOU READ ON GLASS DOOR - HIS OWN EMPLOYEES CALLED HIM A SADISTIC JERK. THAT'S NOT EVEN HALF OF IT. THIS GUY IS A LUNATIC. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME.
