I applied for PT Coordinator position June 26 had interview July 9. Interview lasted 30 mins. Manger stated they will reach out with decision within a week. Interview was more conversational & not pressured.

I applied to EXL and got an email from their HR letting me know that i was a great fit and to send my available dates to interview. I sent back my availability which was quite flexible but never heard back. No interview was scheduled and i even emailed them few days confirming whether or not they got my previous email but nothing. I got ghosted even before having an interview. Not sure what happened but rather than ghosting it would be great if they tell you if they are on a hiring freeze or what is happening. I was looking forward to interviewing so this was disappointing.
