The interview process was horrible and poorly organised.
The first interview was with the hiring team, which made sense. The second interview was with the VP, followed by what I was told would be the final interview with the AVP. All three interviews went well.
However, the recruitment team then asked me to attend yet another interview with their client. After that, I was rejected. The reason given was that I wasn't strong enough in a very basic hands-on skill.
What made this particularly frustrating was that I had applied for a senior position, and I had already been asked similar questions about this basic hands-on skill during the first interview, where I had demonstrated my knowledge.
Overall, the interview process felt disorganised and ended up being a waste of everyone's time.
