My experience of the interview process was disappointing. I had two interviews scheduled through a recruitment agency, and on both occasions the interviewer did not attend. This resulted in significant inconvenience and the process ended without any explanation or apology. Based on my experience, the interview process felt disorganised and unprofessional.
