Interview
So I have less than 1yr experience in call center. All i want to say that the recruitment process is really a waste of time and the worst ever. I passed on my initial interview the first time i went to EXL and wasnt able to get the assessment that day because of system issue so they scheduled me after four days. The second time i went there, i was scheduled at 11am and started the assessment and passed so after that they told me to come back at 6pm for final interview. When I was being interviewed by this ANGELO, he was really uninterested and being rude, not even looking at me. He didn't even let me finish my me talking on my introduction and ask me personal questions that isnt work related and i was really offended and degraded by him. He is the worst interviewer ever!!! After that the result took so long took an hour and you know what i failed "I'm sorry to tell you but our accounts required 1yr experience and i cant reprofile you" IMAGINE THEY KNOW THAT I HAVE LESS THAN 1 YEAR EXP AND DIDN'T EVEN TOLD ME FROM THE BEGINNING THAT THERE'S NO AVAILABLE ACCOUNT FOR ME???? ENDING I WASTED MY TWO DAYS IN THIS COMPANY, EXL, THE WORST EVER... If only you told me on the initial interview that there's no available account for me I will understand but no you didnt. PS: We have a batch and were told thru text message that failed or passed they will proceed to final interview, these people who were failed was informed to go back at 6pm as well but when they were about to take the final interview, someone told them that cannot take the final interview since they failed the assessment. AGAIN, EXL PASAY LOVES TO WASTE APPLICANTS TIME KNOWING THEY HAVE LESS THAN 1YR EXP.

Interview
First round was communication, it was ok but the ops round is worse, not giving feedback after selection. So overall hr team is worst. And the management is too weak.
It Is very easy and friendly yet you need to complete assessments including typing speed and language validation. The minimum words per second was 30. While the minimum requirements for the language test was 60%.

Interview
It was smooth and pretty easy. There were two rounds of online interviews, an oral round and a written round. On how to handle some customer issues. They also asked about the traits a customer service employee should possess.
