The whole interview lasted for about 2 hours and the next step would be an individual interview.

Interview
So I had applied for a performance specialist position over here in the UK which is actually located at the google headquarters. In fact I had previously applied for the same position twice previously and never heard anything back despite sending them follow up emails. But anyway this time round
I had a call with a recruiter several days later I applied for the position this time round, who said I was 'an excellent candidate' and that my information would definitely be sent on to the hiring manager in which I would be contacted after two days. After not hearing back from anyone after a week, I emailed the recruiter to follow-up. She said other candidates were being moved along in the hiring process and that I wasn't, which I found really odd despite being told I was going to get invited in for an interview. I found this to be very unprofessional.
There is a level of unprofessional-ism in EXOS's hiring process and they need to fix it.
