EXOS "Performance" Physical Therapist interview questions

A local ortho group in my city has contracted Exos out to run their PT dept now. I had a very brief phone interview through some recruiter for AccruePartners. Apparently Exos contracts out their hiring through another agency. Recruiter basically read the job posting to me then asked me what experience I had working with athletes. After giving her my background, she lets me know that I wouldn't be working with athletes. I was told that the hiring manager would be calling me in a few days to setup an interview. I never heard from the hiring manager so I called the recruiter back. She informed me that "they hired someone internally". I found that funny because I know the PTs who work at that clinic and they know nothing about that. It's a shame this group has teamed up with such a disorganized and unprofessional company as Exos.
