EY CRM Developer interview questions

L1 – Technical Discussion This round focused on my technical knowledge and experience related to the required skill set. The discussion covered my technical bandwidth, project experience, and Dynamics 365 concepts. The round went well. L2 – Technical Discussion The second technical round was also based on my technical expertise, including project-related scenarios, problem-solving, and implementation experience. It was relatively easy, and the discussion went well. Managerial Discussion This round focused on non-technical aspects. The questions were related to my preferred work location, salary expectations, notice period/availability, and the work I had done in my previous projects. I was also asked to explain my roles, responsibilities, and the areas I have worked on in my previous organization. The overall interaction was good, and the communication was smooth. I believe the reason for rejection, if any, may not be related to technical skills, as both technical rounds went well.
