Recruiters were very nice and the expenses for meals/trip were comped. It was a very efficient process for completing all 5 rounds of interviews. Not only had a professional aspect to it, but also a personal aspect to it. Overall great office setup too.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online after attending a networking event. They asked me to take a written assessment before my on-campus interview at UW. The interview was conversational--Teamwork/leadership questions. I received a call back in 2 days for a final in-house interview. The second interview had two parts: case interview and behavioral interview. I was given a case to read in 15 mins (6 pages long) and was asked to point out all the red flags and how those can be fixed for the company. The behavioral interview was again conversational--the interviewer shared her experiences in the company. They like it when you ask questions, so ask away. It is acceptable to ask clarifying questions. It shows that you are interested in the position.
