Interview
Two behavioral interviews, be confident, honest, and most importantly, be yourself. It is more about how you communicate than how smart or skilled you are. They were about an hour each if I remember heard back about like a week or two after.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you did not know something and how did you go about learning it?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
