I completed two behavioral interviews where they focused heavily on my academic coursework and specific projects I’ve worked on. They were genuinely interested in my interests, past related experiences, and my willingness to learn and grow.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
