The manager seemed like a data scientist with no expertise for new workflows in Agents and modern Architectures that are used with LLMs. Interview stacked on simple terminologies with no deep dive for architectures and knowledge in the topic.

it was good and friendly knowing that its my first interview so they handled my anxiety really well. it was a mix of both technical and HR oriented but their internet connection wasnt the best
Colloquio con HR in cui parla solo lui/lei e tu devi descrivere sommariamente cosa fai.
Poi colloquio con Manager che mi ha sottoposto un quiz di logica. Si è mostrato molto disponibile ad aiutare nel ragionamento risolutivo.
L'ultimo colloquio con un altro Manager è stato più tecnico e si sono discussi tradeoff di varie tecniche di RAG.
Tutto sommato molto tranquillo.
