I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY in May 2024
Interview
It was not difficult, but they definitely looked for candidates who would fit with their team members in the pre-interview stage.
I joined the preinterview (escape room activity) and knew it was not the company I was looking for. Also, the company may have known I was not what they were looking for both ways. I didn't want an in-person interview, but I did not want to be a no-show and had an interview anyway, Rejection email was very fast!
