Interview
There were two interview stages: a Manager interview and a Partner interview. The Manager interview was mostly conversational and informal. The Partner interview included a few questions about auditing, as well as two simple numerical questions involving revenue and profit/loss calculations. Overall, the interviewers were mainly trying to understand the candidate’s motivation and fit for the role.

I was shortlisted after completing the assessment test and was then invited for an interview with the partner. The partner was kind, friendly, and approachable, which made the interview feel comfortable.
