Interview
They have a 1:1 interview. Behavioral, no inherent technical's. The interview is conducted by a Director level consultant from the firm. Fairly friendly in nature. Focused primarily on my resume and asked for me to explain my experiences. They are looking for people that fit their culture more than know any specific material.
Interview process consisted of 1 on-campus behavioral interview, and then progressed to an on-site superday (half day) consisting of 2 behavioral interviews and 1 case study (as well as lunch with greeters).

Very good. The corporates were straight to the point and they expected very logical and rational answers. Jargons are fine but make sure you support with relevant facts. Don't rush in the GD be calm and make few points and you are done.
