Interview
The recruitment started with a shortlist based on resume. After the shortlist there was a group discussion round with a generic topic "green or 3G" in which the interviewers basically looked at the way candidates spoke and reacted to different people. After this there was a case study round followed by two rounds of interview.

Why not FMCG and why do you want to work in consulting?
Simple process with HR then moved to a business case where I presented it based on a determined scenario. Next rounds of interview with senior management to navigate the opportunity, challenges and the offer itself.
It was nice the interviewers were kind but seemed a bit unprepared. Asked basic questions as expected with some brain teasers at the end. Prepare normally and be ready with a pen and paper.
