I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Luxembourg)
Interview
I was referred by someone from a career's fair. Interview process consisted of a short phone call, about 5 minutes with very general questions, tell me about yourself, when can I start, why Luxembourg etc. Afterwards, you are invited to take the Cubiks tests and 1 auditing test. Cubiks tests are timed and that's where the difficulty comes in, I didn't get them finished but they are okay, time being the biggest issue. Next, I was invited for a Skype interview where I was to be interviewed by 2 people. It ended up being one phone call and 1 Skype. I was mostly asked technical questions about accounting entries and what happens to assets at the end of the year. I didn't really get the behavioral or situational questions. I found these interviews hard because I didn't prepare for technical questions.

Question 1
In your CV you say you are determined and hard working, give an example of this or a time where you overcame a challenge.
Call with HR (technical questions, not behavioural, which caught me off guard but they were easy. 30 min call); audit test (full of typos that made it very difficult to comprehend); call with the line manager from the banking, capital market and insurance area ( 1h. A lot of difficult questions + one exercise about debit and credit). Never understood why I didn't receive an offer even if I replied correctly to all the questions. I tried to ask this to the HR but she never replied.

Interview was OK. In the HR interview they asked you some general questions and the interviewer was really friendly, then waited about a week to be invited to a user interview.
