One in person interview, followed by a virtual interview, and finally a Skype interview. The final interview involved a representative from the office I was aiming to work in. All portions involved displaying how each person maximizes their potential and demonstrates great value to themselves and their peers. EY did a tremendous job of showcasing why they believe in their people.
