En general fue bastante pobre, en el momento en que me entrevistaron fue para una posición de IAM, y me ofrecieron una segunda posibilidad de mesa de ayuda. Cuando dije que no iba a cambiar de trabajo para hacer exactamente lo mismo que estaba buscando un progreso. Volvieron a contactarme 15 días despues informandome que el puesto era mio, y durante la reunion con el lider de recruiting me informaron que en 1 año habia la posibilidad de pasar a un puesto de analista, situacion que jamas ocurrio y para agravarlo mas toda posicion de analista fue siendo cubierta por nuevos recursos incorporados al equipo.

The interview process was very short and straightforward. There was only one in-person interview at Menara Millennium. Overall, the interview was professional and comfortable. The interviewer asked about my background, technical experience, previous projects, and why I was interested in joining EY Malaysia. The process was smooth, and I received feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.
