Interview
The process consisted of an initial screening phone interview. After that , I was invited to the Boston office, where I interviewed with 2 partners and 2 senior staff. Most of the questions were behavioral (also why thy type of job, why E&Y..). But there were no questions related to tax at all (interview was for an intern position)

Interview
Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.
