I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (London, England)
Interview
2 rounds of interviews. First round was through phone by a personnel from human resource department. Asked about basic information like name and background. Also asked about teamworking experience, leadership experience and extracurricular activities.
After phone interview it was an online test regarding choices to make during different scenarios in audit. According to the interviewer later it was to test consistency in handling situations.
Finally was a virtual interview with a manager/departmental director. A few hours prior to the interview there was a written test to write a short essay from topics given.
Virtual interview lasted about an hour. Started with self introduction from both sides, then discussed the essay written. More questions regarding leadership and teamworking experience were also asked.
Also asked about opinion on working late and doing minor tasks while starting.
Not much technical questions, only about audit process. After this was given a chance to ask the interviewer questions regarding the job .
Overall it was a very enjoyable process, as both the recruiter and interviewer were very friendly.
Proceso largo y dinámico, la cantidad de postulantes supera las expectativas mucha competencia pero en resumen fue un buen proceso y sobre todo te aporta experiencia para tus siguientes procesos de selección
