I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Bengaluru) in Nov 2014
Interview
I went in through a referral. This was my first interview at Bangalore, around 2 weeks ago. Around 700 people had turned up for the interview, most of whom were eliminated in the first round. We had 3 rounds, first a pick and speak to check your communication skills. The second part was an aptitude round, which included basic accounting, logical and english. After I cleared that round, I had a technical round with an interviewer. The interview was pleasant. Some personal questions are asked first, and then a few technical questions to judge your accounting knowledge. After that was done, they said that I will be called by the HR. I am expecting the call soon. It was a decent interview experience as it was my first interview in Bangalore.

The interview process was very short and straightforward. There was only one in-person interview at Menara Millennium. Overall, the interview was professional and comfortable. The interviewer asked about my background, technical experience, previous projects, and why I was interested in joining EY Malaysia. The process was smooth, and I received feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.
