I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Oct 2014
Interview
I had an expedited interview process, so I only had 3 interviews: an initial screening interview over the phone, an in-person interview at the office, and a video conference interview at the office. The process from receiving the email requesting a phone interview to receiving the offer letter was 4 weeks.
The initial phone screening was pretty formal and consisted of questions like:
How do you handle multiple projects at once?
What experience do you have with (a certain program)?
Why do you feel qualified for this position?
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a customer. What did you do?
The in-person interview was similar in that a lot of the questions were the same, but it was more personal in that it wasn't strictly interview questions like the phone call. It really felt like the interviewer (my potential manager) wanted to get to know me a little better before referring me for the final interview (a video conference with my potential manager's manager).
The video-conference interview only consisted of one question about time/project management, and the rest was learning about the company and asking the interviewer my questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Port of Spain)
Interview
The process was two parts, first an interview and once successful a computer based competency practical test on MS Word and Powerpoint. The process was straight forward. An offer is then made if the applicant is successful.
