The video interview is a pain but the second round interview is mostly conversational. They’ve used the same interview process for years now so it’s easy to prepare for and nice to know what they expect to talk about.

Interview
Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.
