A bit lengthy, finding a slot with seniors may not be an easy process. Interview more about a recent experience and desired position rather than consulting drill. I just had some nice time talking to all the people and sharing opinions

Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
