Process started with initial email from the recruiter. The recruiter I believe found my resume from Monster. After a brief screeining phone call with the recruiter, they setup 2 phone interviews with different managers from the practice. All questions were background/Resume related, with some technical questions, but nothing in detail - fairly short and quick 30 minutes. Each interviewer left about 10 minutes for questions. Once the phone interviews were complete, an onsite interview was setup. Known as "Superday", they bring in a bunch of candidates and rotate through about 3-4 interviews with professionals in your practice at various levels (manager, sr manger, ED, Partner) for 30 minutes. Each were all fairly resume/background questions - The only diffucult interview was with the manager, where it was fairly technical, but nothing out of the normal for consulting. Within a week after, I got my official offer.
