Lo mio fue una dinámica de grupo. En la dinámica, usamos las aplicaciones para leer unas figuras en unos papeles (como un código QR/realidad aumentada). Había tres, una tenía la introducción, otro nos daba pistas y otra preguntas. Cada uno de nosotros tenía una pista particular para cada pregunta. Teníamos que colaborar y ponernos de acuerdo sobre las respuestas. Había cuatro para media hora de dinámica. Nosotros hicimos tres de las cuatro (según dijeron, los equipos anteriores habían hecho dos como mucho, aunque no creo que sea muy importante). Según pude ver, valoraban perspicacia, trabajo en equipo, organización, liderazgo...
Call with HR (technical questions, not behavioural, which caught me off guard but they were easy. 30 min call); audit test (full of typos that made it very difficult to comprehend); call with the line manager from the banking, capital market and insurance area ( 1h. A lot of difficult questions + one exercise about debit and credit). Never understood why I didn't receive an offer even if I replied correctly to all the questions. I tried to ask this to the HR but she never replied.

Interview was OK. In the HR interview they asked you some general questions and the interviewer was really friendly, then waited about a week to be invited to a user interview.
