The interview was a rewarding experience, providing an opportunity to showcase my skills and knowledge as a recently qualified Cost and Management Accountant. I confidently discussed my practical experience, including my internships and work under experienced professionals. The panel appreciated my ability to address complex financial scenarios, while I highlighted my educational background and passion for the field.

Interview
The interview process was very short and straightforward. There was only one in-person interview at Menara Millennium. Overall, the interview was professional and comfortable. The interviewer asked about my background, technical experience, previous projects, and why I was interested in joining EY Malaysia. The process was smooth, and I received feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.
