I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EY
Interview
A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about a practice that they were actively hiring for. It was a pretty typical screening phone call about my experiences and what I could bring. Then the recruiter talked me through the job description and the hiring process.
I was invited to a 2nd round video call 2 days later. It was intended to involve two hiring managers from the practice, but I only was able to speak to one due to deadlines. The recruiter and scheduler did not tell me when I could expect to hear from the other hiring manager. Additionally, they have been extremely slow to respond to my questions.
In short:
I was initially impressed by the practice I was interviewing for, but the HR department is too unprofessional.
