A 50-minute competency-based interview, asking questions about understanding of the job, job skills, and ability to analyze current affairs。They asked questions from the resume and answered them based on the content of the resume. There were also behavioral tests, such as the ability to work in a team, motivation for work, and vision for the future.

The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a one-on-one with a senior manager, focusing on background and experience. The final round was a panel interview with three team members covering technical and behavioral questions. Overall, the process was well-organized and straightforward.
