Interview
First, I completed the screening with the recruiter and then I got invited to present a case study with a partner at the Change Management team.
This took me quite some preparation. After the case study, it took more than 6 weeks until the recruiter responded that the feedback was positive but they first have to hire a new manager for the specific department. It has been over 3 months ever since and I have sent several follow-up emails and tried to call, but nothing at all.
Overall a very dissatisfying and unprofessional experience.
Simple process with HR then moved to a business case where I presented it based on a determined scenario. Next rounds of interview with senior management to navigate the opportunity, challenges and the offer itself.
It was nice the interviewers were kind but seemed a bit unprepared. Asked basic questions as expected with some brain teasers at the end. Prepare normally and be ready with a pen and paper.
