I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
After submitting my application I heard back in about 20 days for a first round interview. This was behavioral and consisted of pretty generic behavioral questions. Heard back for a second round interview 5 days after my first round interview. The second round was a case study interview. It was scheduled to be around 45 mins and mine was about 1 hour and 10 minutes. I knew I had done well for the first interview but I would say the second round interview was pretty difficult. Received a call from a recruiter a month after with a verbal offer. The offer letter was sent later that same day.
