The process was extremely easy and I applied through indeed on a Thursday. The following day, I got an email invitation to record a scripted voice assessment just to test out how I sound over the phone. Once that was done, I received an invitation to go in for an interview at the office which was the following Monday. The interview was pretty easy and I answered questions on how'd I function during different customer service scenarios plus a quick golf quiz. While the golf knowledge isn't necessary, it'll help to learn the basics if you don't know them. That Friday, I received a call to go in for training the for following week.

They gave you a sheet that gauged your knowledge of golf. You can answer every question incorrectly and you will still get talked to. Obviously, knowing golf is a huge bonus. After that, they take you into a room and talk to you for 15-20 minutes and as long as you are friendly and personable, you are probably going to get the job.
