Phone interview, was coached and told how to talk to the next phone interviewer. Second phone interview very nice lady with big promises. In person interview next! Was told I was being interviewed by a man I've never spoken to. Woman from first phone interview introduced me to second phone interviewer who is a younger woman and is now performing the interview. Asked three accounting questions (kind of blindsided) and then being told she had no prior experience before this job and I have a degree so I will be considered... Next the guy who they told me I was going to interview with shows up. At this point I'm lost. He's asking me what I like to do in my spare time while she spaces out and pretends she hasn't been interviewing me. He starts to give me more information for the role they want me to fill while I laugh and tell him I've been asking the very questions he's just now answering. They seem embarrassed and end the interview They had phone interviewer one emailed me and told me how great of a candidate I was but they didn't need to fill the position. Guess what not even a week later I see them repost the same job. 👍
