After submitting an application I took an on-line timed assessment. I passed so was asked to take it the next day on skype with the recruiter watching. I passed and scheduled for a telephone interview a few days later. The recruiter was professional and the interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. The questions were very typical of a first interview. She volunteered the pay range which was much lower than expected and the position involved extensive travel.
