Got an email promptly the next day, however, as others stated, they require an IQ test and personality assessment, then a second IQ test via Skype to prove you are not cheating. That may fly for kids out of college, but not for experienced tech workers in Seattle. Waste of a candidate's time in such a large job market and pretty insulting to seasoned professionals. I didn't bother taking the tests and moved on. Likely the company is doing this for the sake of standardization with locations elsewhere but I'm honestly surprised this antiquated technique is still used when it's been proven tests like this are not effective, especially for engineers. Really a way to miss good talent in the market here. Hope the company sees the overwhelming feedback and alters their process for the culture in this area because they have a cool product and are missing out.
