I applied online and received an email with two assessments a few days later. The first assessment was a personality test, with true/false statements that frankly made me uncomfortable (such as, "I hurt the people I love" and "I am satisfied with who I am"). The second assessment was basically an IQ test with pattern matching, vocabulary, and math questions. None of it had anything to do with marketing, or my actual experience or skills.

Fill in application and proceed to interview and than answer questions from hr and marketing head. Overall professional interview experience and practical questions. Structured as well. Did not try to corner me instead they try to understand my skills and experience and shared enough information for me to take a concise decision
