The interview process is pretty long and hectic. They have a couple of rounds and you won't hear from them for a while. They have 2 tests for analytical and language and later 3 rounds of interview was done. technical and 2 HR. initial pay is very low and you are recruited through an agency .

Hiring process is extensive and it includes UCAT test, then there was AMCAT test, then a conversation with the HR, than an interview with the US panel, then a formal HR interview
