It's a weird company, they have a lot of available positions all the time which is weird. I applied via their website with a cover letter and resume. They emailed me and told me to do a cognitive test, I thought this would be a test for my skills in GIS, false, it was a SAT, GRE type test which one would expect from companies that are looking for Data entry or minimum wage employees. After taking this test and almost not finishing because of the limited time and 100 questions, I received an email for a skype interview. I thought "great!", that this meant that I would get a video interview with them, WRONG! They just want to see you taking the test again! Literally the same test, I thought they would at least see me via video but wrong again! They just wanted me logged in and to finish the test. Makes no sense for other than they want to see that I am not cheating, which to begin with I thought I didn't do that well since NONE of the questions are related with the job. Anyways after this, they gave me a phone interview, I thought "finally!" a real interview process but I was wrong again! The phone interview felt VERY scripted, like I have never in my short career been interviewed in such a strict and scripted way. No interaction at all, it got to the point where it was very awkward. The questions about the resume felt random, as if they selected a random job from my past to ask me. I have been part of many interviews in the past that felt more human even with predetermined questions. In the end I didn't get the job but have gotten other interviews since which felt more real and engaged, it's a shame, I honestly thought this company seemed more friendly and laid back and real from their website but I was wrong. Bottom line is don't waste your time with them.
