First online test, phone interview by HR, followed by the manager, and a case study about Zelle. The HR was very unresponsive, never really responded to email so I was kept in the dark throughout the whole process. The case study is definitely a SCAM, aka doing free work for the company since it's about improving its current product (Zelle). I don't believe they are hiring anyone they just want some free consulting from the candidate. Definitely stay away!
