I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Earth Day Network (Washington, DC) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was done over the phone and was very simple. I had already spoken to the interviewer at a job fair, so he had my resume and was just reviewing it with me. He was interested in my personal commitment to environmental activism. We actually talked for a bit about being camp counselors--really they just want to know you're passionate. Talk up writing skills as well.
