There was nothing out of the ordinary here. I came for one interview with the store manager. I was given a tour of the store, an explanation of the company culture and then asked very basic interview questions. He hired me shortly after.

Simple. He asked most of the basic questions and mostly just asked me about myself. Then told me about the company and what they stand for. He told me about himself and his background and what was expected.
