I had applied for the job during the summer, I never got a call back until the fall. I had an interview over the phone and the questions that they asked me didn't seem like they had anything to do with the actual job, the questions were about things like what my favorite car was or what my favorite super hero was, it seemed like a joke but when they asked me to come in for an in person interview I accepted because I was desperate for a job. So when I arrive to do the in person interview, I am greeted by a boy who looks to be about 16 years old, he takes me downstairs to the mall lobby and we do the interview there. He asks me a lot of generic questions. Hours, pay, or benefits are never discussed.
