I applied in person and I was asked for an interview the next day. I interviewed and they offered me a job within an hour from the interview. All I had to do was be confident and know about retail and be friendly. They dont screen for much at all. We had a lot of people in my time with the company get in after the interview that where just pathetic in all areas of the company and wonderful people who probably deserve a position very much who were turned away for things like their sexual orientation or if they 'looked' a certain way. It was a gamble. more of a popularity contest or something than anything. you have to shmooz a lot and that seems to make them happy
Simple. He asked most of the basic questions and mostly just asked me about myself. Then told me about the company and what they stand for. He told me about himself and his background and what was expected.
