I applied online and a month later received a call asking me to come in for an interview. I arrived, the manager was professional but I could tell it was semi-laid back. We talked a lot about the power of positivity and constructive leadership. I was asked to be an assistant manager but declined and they were able to work with my class schedule to give me hours I needed when I needed them.

Give an example of when you worked with a difficult coworker. How did you deal with this situation.
If you made a mistake on the job and the manager wasn't around, how would you handle it?
What makes a good manager?
Simple. He asked most of the basic questions and mostly just asked me about myself. Then told me about the company and what they stand for. He told me about himself and his background and what was expected.

Super laid back. Everyone was nice yet thorough. Willing to work with my availability and was offered the job. I’d recommend this position to younger friends looking for a casual job.

The interview process was pretty relaxed. Sat out in the mall and spoke with the Manager. She asked very standard questions to get to know me and get to know my work experience.
