Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. The interview consisted of a panel interview of around 5 to 8 people. I also needed to return to speak with someone who wasn't available on the day of the official interview. They asked typical questions but were all very easy to talk to.
Phone screening interview with hiring manager for the position. The screening interview consisted of questions that were focused on specific competencies for the position applied for, and sought specific examples of experience in certain areas. Hiring manager was professional, personable and thoroughly answered all of my questions.

Long and cumbersome. Multiple rounds of Zoom interviews with multiple people taking turns asking scripted questions. The process did not allow for much natural conversation nor did it allow much time for me to ask questions of the interviewers.
