Went through 5 rounds of phone calls and video meetings with five to six people for the video rounds. It was extremely intensive and did not get the job. I wish they did not have so many people on the video calls.
I only had an initial phone interview, but this was with a person from a talent agency, not someone who was actually from the office I would have worked in. I believe I had the skills and would've fit well on the team but didn't even get a chance to connect with team members.

Interview
My interview process with Earthjustice consisted of initial emails to schedule my first phone interview with two individuals. Once I got past that, I scheduled, via email, a zoom panel interview. Once I got done with the panel interview, I was told I would hear about next steps and then I never heard anything.
