First round was a phone interview with one person, the second to follow was a panel with four people. The initial phone call was productive, spoke to functions on the role, questions were asked about my resume and current role and how it relates to the applied position. The panel zoom meeting to follow was interesting and a little difficult, the questions posed were intense multi-layered and positioned in a way that was not conducive for an interviewee in a higher pressure environment. To me, I felt like I needed more time to answer correctly in the best way because I didn't want to give an answer on something that could allow me to perceived in an incorrect way by the panel, but given the form of the interview it just added pressure to the situation. Lots of abstract questions about life values, political stances, and cultural awareness were asked, I valued that the company wanted to hear from about those issues but I think the questions chosen were taken from some sort of questionnaire that required written answers.
